1. Enrollment
By enrolling in any ZHAR Academy program you agree to these terms. Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
2. Course Fees & Payment
The course fee is ₹35,400 (incl. GST). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice; the price valid on the date of purchase applies.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests should be sent to info@zhar.in.
4. Access & Use
Course access is granted to the enrolled learner only. Sharing logins, recording, redistributing, or reselling course material is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All videos, workbooks, templates, and resources are the property of ZHAR Academy and are protected by copyright.
6. Limitation of Liability
ZHAR Academy provides educational content for skill-building. We do not guarantee specific income, career, or business outcomes.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
